绞股蓝总甙对培养的兔动脉平滑肌细胞c-fos基因表达的影响

Effect of Gypenoside on c fos Gene Expression in Cultured Aortic Muscle Cell of Rabbit

采用ＲＮＡ斑点杂交技术，应用地高辛标记的ｃｆｏｓ基因探针检测培养的兔动脉平滑肌细胞中ｃｆｏｓｍＲＮＡ水平。结果显示绞股蓝总甙对ｃｆｏｓ基因甙的表达有抑制作用（Ｐ＜０．０１）；并且与绞股蓝总甙浓度呈依赖性负相关。推测绞股蓝总甙可能对动脉平滑肌细胞有抑制增生的药理作用。

We measured c fos gene mRNA levels in VSMC with Dig DNA label probe of c fos gene by RNA dot blot; the results show a negative correlation between the concentrations of gypenoside and the levels of c fos mRNA. A variance analysis has demonstrates significant difference among the groups in this experiment (F=28.0269, all P<0.01). Gypenosides might be the potential inhibitors of VSMC proliferation.
