摘要
在无血清841培养基中分别添加胸腺嘧啶核苷(16×10-5mol/L)、鸟氨酸(10mg/L)、强的松龙(10-5mol/L)和胰蛋白胨(10g/L),可促进日本血吸虫产卵。经15d的观察证实在841培养基中添加上述成份组成的891培养基比841培养基产卵量高、畸卵率低和产卵高峰持续时间长。成虫最初24h内产出的虫卵体外培养至第15d,RPMI1640培养基、无血清841培养基、841培养基和891培养基上成熟期虫卵的百分比依次为116±47,187±56,284±83和301±78。
Separately adding thymidine(1.6×10 -5 mol/L), ornithine(10 mg/L), Prednisoloni(10 -5 mol/L) and tryptone(1.0 g/L) to No.841 culture free of serum can promote oviposition in adult Schistosoma Japonicum. Fifteen days of observation shows that with these ingredients No.891 culture can produce more eggs than No.841 culture, the deformity rate is higher in the former than in the latter and the former ,s oviposition peak lasts longer. The eggs produced by adult Schisfosoma Japonicum within the first 24 hours are developed in vitro for 15 days in RPMI 1640 culture, No. 841 culture free of serum,No. 841 culture and No. 891 culture. The egg percentages in these cultures during the mature period are follows: 11.6±4.7, 18.7±5.6, 28.4±8.3 and 30.1±7.8
