摘要
目的探讨疥疮的有效治疗方法。方法1%丙体六六六霜涂搽颈部以下全身皮肤1次,24h后洗澡更换衣物,并对污染衣物消毒;疥疮结节采用泼尼松龙混悬液加2%盐酸利多卡因局部注射,1周1次。结果78例患者经1～2个疗程全部治愈。结论1%丙体六六六霜治疗疥疮效果良好,泼尼松龙加2%盐酸利多卡因局部注射治疗疥疮结节效果良好。
Objective： To explore an effective treatment of scabies. Methods： Smeared all the skin except for that of neck and head with 1%lindane cream once, then bathed the body 24 hours later and disinfected all the polluted clothes; injected the scabies nodule with prednisolone acetate suspension and 2% lidocaini hydrochloridum once a week. Results： All the 78 patients were cured of scabies after one to two treatments. Conclusions： 1%lindane cream is a good cure for scabies. Local injection with prednisolone acetate suspension and 2% lidocaini hydrochloridum is a good cure for scabies nodule.
