摘要
降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)对人和动物均为一种强大的血管舒张剂,能部分阻抑缺氧所致的肺血管收缩。该研究的目的是评价CGRP对缺氧适应伴肺高压SD大鼠血流动力学的作用。平均肺动脉压、肺血管阻力和平均体循环血压分别降低220%、476%和189%,而心输出量增加351%。CGRP用来治疗肺高压显示出有益的血流动力学效应,据此可进行临床试验。
Calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP) is a potent vasodilator for both human and animals. It can block partly pulmonary vasoconstriction induced by hypoxia. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of CGRP on pulmonary hypertension in hypoxia adapted rats. The mean pulmonary arterial pressure, pulmonary vascular resistance and the mean systemic arterial pressure decreased by 22.0%,47.6%and 18.9% respectively, but the cardiac output increased by 35.1%.This is a beneficial hemodynamic effect of CGRP as a vasodilator for treating pulmonary hypertension. The clinical trial can be done on the basis of the study.
