皮质醇、T淋巴细胞亚群对脑出血预后的影响 被引量:2

The Change of Cortisol and T Lymphocyte Subsets and the Effect on Prognosis of Cerebral Hemorrhage

摘要 检测65例脑出血外周血皮质醇、T淋巴细胞亚群的变化,结果发现,脑出血皮质醇明显升高,T淋巴细胞亚群中CD+3、CD+4、CD+4/CD+8降低,CD+8升高,提示脑出血下丘脑垂体肾上腺皮质功能活跃,细胞免疫功能下降。同时发现皮质醇增高程度、细胞免疫功能下降程度与脑出血预后密切相关,可作为判定病情程度及预后的重要参考指标。 This study measured the change of cortisol and T lymphocyte subsets in 65 cases of cerebral hemorrhage. The results showed that the level of cortisol increased abviously and CD + 3,CD + 4 and CD + 4/CD + 8 decreased, CD + 8 increased. The activity of hypothalamus pituitury adrenocortical system increased and the function of cellular immunity lowered. The changes of cortisol and T lymphocyte subsets and closely related to prognosis of cerebral hemorrhage and may be used as an important parameter for clinical and prognostic evalution.
