摘要
对54例智力低下患者进行染色体核型分析发现15例染色体异常,异常检出率为259%;其中13例为Down’s综合征,2例为Turn’s综合征。我们从遗传学角度探讨了智力低下儿的病因可能与生殖细胞老化、环境致畸等因素有关。
Chromosomal nuclei in 54 cases of mental retardation have been analyzed and 15 anomalous chromosomes (anomalous rate is 25%) have been found, 13 cases are Down's syndrome, and 2 cases Turner's syndrome. In genetics, etiology of mental retardation may be related to senescence of germinal cell and anomalous fetus by environment.
