妈富隆与妊马雌酮用于青春期功血止血疗效研究

Clinical effects of marvelon and conjugated estrogens on adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding

目的观察妈富隆与妊马雌酮用于青春期功血治疗的临床疗效。方法对50例青春期功血住院或门诊治疗患者,随机分组,25例使用妈富隆、25例使用妊马雌酮,比较两组患者的止血效果、不良反应。结果使用妈富隆治疗组的完全止血时间较使用妊马雌酮止血治疗组明显缩短(P<0.05),不良反应及治疗失败率明显减少(P<0.05)。结论妈富隆用于青春期功血止血治疗效果肯定,不良反应少。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of marvelon and conjugated estrogens on adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods 50 patients with adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into marvelon treatment group （n= 25） and conjugated estrogens treatment group （n=25）. The anthemorrhagic effect and adverse reaction of the two groups were compared. Results The treatment by marvelon was more effective （P^0. 05） with less adverse reaction and treatment failure rate （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding by marvelon is convenient, effective and has less adverse reaction
