67例口腔颌面部腺样囊性癌的临床研究

Clinical Analysis of 67 Cases of Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma in the Oral and Maxillofacial Regions

报告口腔颌面部腺样囊性癌（ＡＣＣ）６７例。发病年龄在２１～７１岁之间，以４０～５０岁为最多见，发病部位以腭部为首位，其次是舌下腺、腮腺。临床资料表明：ＡＣＣ术后的局部复发和肺部转移是影响其治疗效果的主要原因，多发生在术后１～６年。结合临床资料和文献，对ＡＣＣ的治疗进行了探讨。

In the paper we report 67 cases of adenoid cystic carcinoma in the oral and maxillofacial regions. The male and female patients were 36 and 31 respectively. Their ages ranged from 21 to 71 years old. And the peak was 40～50 years old. The carcinoma occurred mostly in the palate area, followed sublingnal glands and parotid glands. The data showed that the main cause which influence the curative effects was the local reoccurence and the transference to lung after the operation of ACC, it always happened within 1～6 years after the operation. In Connection with the clinical data, the author made a study of the cure of the carcinoma.
