双氢克尿噻治疗盐敏感高血压的疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察双氢克尿噻治疗盐敏感高血压的疗效。方法:125例盐敏感高血压患者,按年龄分为青年组、中年组和老年组;按血压水平分为轻度、中度和重度高血压。给予双氢克尿塞12.5 mg口服,2次/d,疗程6周,观察治疗前后各指标的变化。结果:轻中度高血压患者治疗后收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)显著下降(P<0.01),重度高血压则下降不明显(P>0.05);青年及中年组血压下降明显(P<0.01),老年组下降不明显(P>0.05)。无血糖(Bs)、肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)、血钾(K)、血清钠(Na)、血脂三项及血尿酸(UA)等代谢异常。结论:双氢克尿噻能够有效治疗中青年的轻中度盐敏感高血压。 Objective: To observe the effect of dihydrochloride in patients salt-sensitivity hypertension.Method: 125 patients with salt-sensitivity hypertension were divided into three groups: youth group, middle-age group and old-age groups; According to the degree of blood pressure, the 125 patients were divided into three group: mild, moderate and severe. They were treated with dihydrochloride 12.5 mg twice a day for six weeks. Result: After treatment, patients with mild and moderate hypertension showed significant lowering of diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure( P 〈 0.01 ), while in patients with severe hypertension, the lowing was not significant( P 〉 0.05 ). In youth and middle-age group, diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure decreased( P 〈 0.01 ), but old- age group were not significant( P 〉 0.05 ). The levels of blood potassium, urea nitrogen, sugar, natrium, creatinine, lipids and uric acid were within normal limits. Conclusion: Dihydrochloride can effectively control youth and middleage patients of mild and moderate salt-sensitivity hypertension.
