摘要
西部民族地区毒品犯罪已经成为我国经济社会发展的一大危机。本文认为其特点和形成原因与"经济人"心理、成本-收益对比、西部民族地区区位、制度设计、人力资本素质等有关。
Drug crime in the west ethnic minority region has been on of the big social and economic crisis for China＇s development. This essay regards that it results from ＂economic person＂ideas, cost-benefits comparison, position,insitution , human capital quanlity,etc.
