摘要
在中国特色的发展道路上,法治政府成为政府自我角色的理性定位。和谐社会必然是法治社会,政府是法治的践行者,法治政府必将引领着和谐社会的建设,而政府更应在和谐社会视阈之下,从各方面来构建法治政府。
On developing way of China＇ s characteristics, government ruled by law becomes a rational orientation of self - character of government. Harmonic society must be society ruled by law, government is an executor of rule of law, and government ruled by law will guide construction of harmonic society. Therefore, government should be constructed as a government ruled by law from all aspects in the angle of view of harmonic society.
