东北地区保护地黄瓜根茎上真菌的分离与鉴定 被引量:3

Isolation and Identification of Fungi from Roots of Cucumber Plants in Greenhouses in Northeast China

摘要 对采自东北地区保护地内的38株黄瓜枯萎病病株及8株未发病黄瓜植株的根茎进行真菌分离与鉴定,共得到真菌11个属18个种,其中威尔士棒孢(Corynespora cambrensis)为中国新记录种。镰孢属(Fusarium)为优势属,分离到8个种及变种。 Cucumber wilt is one of the most serious diseases of cucumber production. 38 cucumber plants with wilt symptoms and 8 cucumber plants without wilt symptoms were collected from greenhouses in Northeast China. After fungal isolation and culture, 18 species belonging to 11 genera were identified, including one newly recorded species for China, Corynespora cambrensis. Fusarium, including 8 species and variation, was proved to be the predominant species.
