摘要
在虎杖组织培养过程中获得1株产黄青霉菌株(Penicillum chrysogenum,39B)菌株,其发酵液经TLC和HPLC检测含白藜芦醇,对其培养条件及白藜芦醇积累特性进行了研究,通过正交优化试验得到该菌最佳培养条件:20g/L葡萄糖,2g/L硝酸铵,pH值7.0,28℃,100r/min。3mmol/L苯丙氨酸、Mg2+、Zn2+能促进其生长和白藜芦醇的积累,其白藜芦醇含量达8.6617μg/100mL。
A fungal strain was isolated during the tissue cultural processes of Polygonum cuspidatum and the zymotic extracts were analyzed by TLC and HPLC. The results showed that the fungal strain 39B could produce resveratrol. The optimization of cultural conditions was: glucose 20 g/L, NH4NO4 2 g/L, pH 7.0,28℃ and 100 r/rain by orthogonal tests. 3 mmol/L Phe, Mg^2+ and Zn^2+ could promote the growth of this strain and the content of resvertrol. The content of.resveratrol of the fungal strain 39B was determined as 8.6617μg/100mL by HPLC.
