摘要 考察了工艺条件对抗冲共聚PP可控降解后刚性和韧性的影响。结果表明,在各种工艺参数中温度的影响最大,其次是喂料转速和主机转速,控制好挤出温度是关键;2 000μg/g滑石粉和300μg/g成核剂E复配大幅提高产品刚性;通过分析产品的微观形态提出控制好聚合工艺条件和减少在挤出机中的停留时间可提高产品韧性的观点。 The effects of processing conditions on the rigidity and toughness of controlled degraded impact PP copolymer were studied. The results showed among the processing conditions, the parameters which had effects on the mechanical performance of the copolymer could be sequenced as environmental temperature, material feeding rate and the facility rotation rate. The addition of 2000μg·g^-1 talcum powder and 300μg·g^-1 nucleating agent E could improve the rigidity of the copolymer greatly; by the analysis of the microcosmic phase of the copolymer, it could be concluded that good control of polymerization parameters and residential time in the twin-screw extruder would be helpful to the improvement of the toughness of the copolymer.
