摘要
研究了聚丙烯与交联聚乙烯两种聚烯烃导热材料在30%的硫酸溶液、10%的氢氧化钠溶液以及紫外线照射条件下的老化性能;并采用傅里叶红外光谱仪进行了分析。结果表明,两种导热材料的老化机理存在着不同,溶液增塑、基体结晶、交联聚乙烯交联度的破坏共同作用导致材料性能上的改变,紫外线照射亦有较大影响。
The aging properties of PP and crosslinked PP thermal conductive composites were studied under 30% H2SO4, 10% NaOH and ultraviolet conditions, and the aging reason was analyzed by means of FTIR. The results showed there were some different aging mechanisms in this two thermal conductive composites. Solution plasticization, matrix crystallization and the destruction of crosslinked degree of crosslinked PP together led to bad properties, and the ultraviolet also had important effect on the property.
