一种茂金属聚乙烯用复合加工助剂的应用研究

Study on Applications of Composite Processing Aid for Metallocene PE

研究了一种自制复合加工助剂对茂金属聚乙烯(mLLDPE)挤出性能的影响,并与进口及国产助剂进行对比。比较了不同加工助剂添加到mLLDPE中的单、双螺杆挤出特性。结果表明,加工助剂可以明显降低mLLDPE的挤出扭矩,消除挤出熔体破裂,改善薄膜制品的外观质量,研制的复合加工助剂具有较好的作用效果。

The effect of a self-made processing aid on the extrusion property of metallocene PE （mLLDPE） was studied and compared with those of domestic and imported products. Meanwhile, the extrusion characteristics of the mLLDPE filled with different homemade processing aids by single or twin-screw extruder. The results showed the addition of homemade processing aid could significantly decrease extrusion torque, eliminate extrusion melt rupture, improve the quality of the appearance of film products, and had good results.
