血液净化治疗重症有机磷农药中毒的临床研究

Clinical Study of Blood Purification in the Treatment of Acute Severe Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning

【目的】探讨血液净化(血液灌流、血浆置换、血液滤过)治疗重症有机磷农药中毒的方法及疗效。【方法】在常规治疗的基础上应用血液净化抢救重症有机磷农药中毒患者25人(治疗组),并选同期常规治疗的重症有机磷农药中毒患者24人为对照组。对比两组患者的疗效、阿托品总用量、中间综合征发病率、呼吸支持比例、平均住院日。【结果】治疗组的治愈+好转率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者在阿托品总用量、呼吸支持比率、中间综合征发病率、平均住院日上无显著差异。【结论】血液净化治疗重症有机磷农药中毒是一种安全、有效的治疗方式,其能提高患者的治愈率。

[Objective] To study the efficacy and methods of blood purification （hemoperfusion, plasma exchange, hemofiltration ） in the treatment of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. [Methods] Twenty five patients received conventional treatment and blood purification （treatment group）. Twenty-four patients only received conventional treatment （control group）. The effective rate, the cumulative dosage of atropine, the incidence of intermediate syndrome and respiration support, and average hospitalization days were compared between two groups. [Results] The recovery and remitting rate in the treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group（ P 〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in cumulative dosages of atropine, incidence of intermediate syndrome, incidence of respiration support and average hospitalization days between two groups. [Conclusion] Blood purification is effective and safety in the treatment of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. It could improve recovery rate.
