摘要
结合真空蒸镀装饰膜的生产工艺，介绍了底涂料和面涂料的涂装工艺及其作用。着重阐述了水帘式喷涂设备的设计与使用方法。实践证明，采用这种设备明显地改善了涂装质量及装饰膜的制备质量。有利于装饰膜批量生产效率的提高。
Connecting with the practice of vacuum evaporation decorative films,the role and technology of the paint spraying have been introduced.The application method of the curtain spraying device has been analyzed particularly.The practice indicates that this device can obviously improve the quality of the paint spraying and decorative films.The yield also has a great improvement.
