摘要
在油田采油工程中,油井套管应割缝变成有缝隙的筛管,以保证油气流的畅通。但是割缝筛管的缝隙很小,极易被堵塞,特别是石油伴生水,对套管产生腐蚀而出现锈膜,会堵塞筛管的缝隙,直接影响采收率。为此采用电化学保护中的镁合金牺牲阳极法保护技术,以提高油气开采的最佳经济技术效益。本文就着重介绍了该技术的原理、方法及阳极护屏的制作等。
In the oilfield production engineering, the oil well casing should be cut into slotted screen liner to ensure a smooth oil and gas flow. The slot is liable to be blocked and especially the formation associated water causes casing corrosion and the rust will block the slot and directly influence the oil recovery. Magnesium alloy sacrificial anode is used as electrochemical protection for a better oil recovery. The principle and method of this electrochemical protection and anode shield are described.
