新型管道防腐层大修材料的研制

摘要 管道防腐层大修材料直接影响大修后防腐层的质量。通过筛选适当的环氧树脂、固化剂、活性稀释剂、玻璃纤维布和体质颜料等,研制出一种常温固化的管道防腐层大修防腐材料一无溶剂环氧玻璃钢。测试结果表明:该材料具有良好的机械性能、耐化学介质浸泡性能和优异的抗阴极剥离性能,可以提高老化管线的防腐性能及强度。 The overhaul material will directly influence the repair quality of anti -corrosion coating on the pipeline. Proper epoxy resin, curing agent, active diluting agent, fiber glass cloth and pigment are selected. The solvent - free epoxy glass reinforcement is developed which is an overhaul material of pipeline coatings to be cured under room temperature. The test result shows this overhaul material has good mechanical properties, chemical resistance on immersion test and excellent cathodic disbonding resistance. With this overhaul material, the anti - corrosion performance and strength of the old pipeline could be improved.
