摘要
影像诊断在现代医学技术革新中的成绩最为辉煌。影像技术是由放射学、X—CT、磁共振、超声诊断、核医学、电镜红外成像等多科所组成。本文概述了影像技术在肿瘤诊断方面的部分进展,包括X线、CT、MRI(磁共振)、核医学、超声、数字减影血管造影(DSA)等在胸部、腹部、泌尿系统、骨肿瘤、妇科肿瘤、乳腺及口腔肿瘤等检查当中的应用,并对各自的优势做了初步评价。
Tomographic diagnosis has made great progress in the revolution of modern medical technology. Tomography ls composed of radiography, X - CT, MRI, supersonic diagnosis, nuclear medicine, and EM infrared photography. This study presents some of the tomographic developments including the application of X-RAY, CT, MRI, nuclear medicine, supersonic dignosis and DSA etc, in the examination of tumor in chest, stomach, urinary,system and bone tumer, gynecologic tumor as well as breast and oral tumor. Brief assessments are made to the priority of various tomographic techniques respectively.
