针刺对实验性乳腺增生模型大鼠血清IL-2、TNF-α的影响 被引量:12

The Effects of Acupuncture on Serum IL-2 and TNF-α of Rats with Experimental Mammary Gland Hyperplasia(MGH)

摘要 目的观察针刺对乳腺增生模型大鼠血清IL-2、TNF-α的影响,探讨针刺治疗MGH的作用途径。方法雌性未孕SD大鼠随机分为空白组(A组)、模型组(B组)、自愈组(C组)、针刺对抗组(D组)和针刺治疗组(E组)5组,每组10只。造模成功后针刺治疗组行针刺治疗,针刺对抗组在造模的同时施加针刺干预,实验的第26 d模型组、针刺对抗组眼球采血,取血清-30℃保存;其余3组于实验第51 d同法取血清同时送检。结果模型组IL-2含量均低于其他各组(P<0.05);针刺对抗组和针刺治疗组含量均高于模型组和自愈组(P<0.05);针刺治疗组与针刺对抗组比较无差别(P>0.05)。模型组血清TNF-α含量均高于其他各组(P<0.05;P<0.01);针刺对抗组和针刺治疗组含量均较自愈组下降明显(P<0.05)。结论针刺可通过提高MGH模型大鼠体内IL-2含量?降低TNF-α水平而增强机体免疫功能,促进大鼠乳腺组织恢复正常。 Objective To observe the effects of acupuncture on serum IL - 2 and TNF-α of rats with MGH and to probe into the approach to treat MGH with acupuncture. Methods Unfertilized female SD rats were randomized into blank group (group A), model group (group B) , self-healing group (group C), acupuncture countermeasure group (group D), and acupuncture therapeutic group (group E). There were 10 rats in each group. After successful modeling, the acupuncture therapeutic group was treated with acupuncture. The acupuncture countermeasure group was intervened while making the model. On the 26th day of the experiment, eyeball blood samples were collected from the model group and the acupuncture countermeasure group, the serum was preserved in -30℃ environment. The blood samples of the rest three groups were collected in the same way on the 51 st day of the experiment. Results The content of IL - 2 of the model group was lower than that of all the other groups ( P 〈 0.05 ), and that of the acupuncture countermeasure group and acupuncture therapeutic group was higher than model group and self - healing group ( P 〈 0.05 ). There was no difference between the acupuncture therapeutic group and acupuncture countermeasure group ( P 〉 0.05 ). The content of TNF-α of the model group was higher than all the other groups ( P 〈 0.05 ; P 〈 0.01 ), and that of the acupuncture countermeasure group and acupuneture therapeutic group decreased obviously compared with the self - healing group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Acupuncture can promote the rats'mammary tissue return to normal by improving the content of IL - 2 and decreasing the level of TNF-α of MGH rats model to improve the body's immunologic function.
