摘要
目的探讨抵当四五汤治疗糖尿病血管病变的作用机理。方法建立链脲佐菌素糖尿病模型,用不同剂量抵当四五汤干预,比较各组血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂及肿瘤坏死因子的变化。结果抵当四五汤能降低实验大鼠空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白及血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白的含量,升高高密度脂蛋白的含量,降低肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的表达。其中大剂量组作用明显,其作用优于达美康对照组(P<0.05)。结论抵当四五汤对血管内皮功能具有一定的保护作用,可能是其防治糖尿病血管病变的机理之一。
Objective To probe into the mechanism of Di Dang Si Wu decoction in the treatment of diabetic angiopathy. Methods Streptozotocin diabetes models were made, and were intervened with different doses of Di Dang Si Wu decoction. The levels of serum glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood lipid and tumor necrosis factor of each group were compared. Results Di Dang Si Wu decoction could decrease the contents of the rats fasting serum glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, serum total cholesterol, triglyceride, and low density lipoprotein, increase the content of high density lipoprotein, decrease the expression of tumor necrosis factor (TNF -α). The effect of the high dose group was obvious, and the effect was superior to that of the Da Mei Kang control group ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Di Dang Si Wu decoction has a certain protective effect on vascular endothelial function, which may be one of the mechanism of preventing and treating diabetic angiopathy.
