摘要
目的观察醒髓汤对脊髓损伤大鼠后肢运动功能和受损脊髓组织形态学的影响。方法60只SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组和醒髓汤组,采用改良Allen's的WD法对模型组和醒髓汤组进行脊髓损伤造模,空白组仅打开椎板不损伤脊髓。造模成功后,空白组和模型组用生理盐水灌胃,醒髓汤组用醒髓汤灌胃,分别于术后3 h、6 h、24 h、72 h、168 h对每一组实验动物进行Tarlov法评分、斜板试验功能测定和受损脊髓组织形态学观察。结果醒髓汤组大鼠后肢功能恢复明星优于模型组,脊髓组织神经细胞坏死、液化、溶解较模型组轻。结论醒髓汤能有效减轻脊髓损伤大鼠脊髓组织坏死,有利于大鼠运动功能恢复。
Objective To observe the effects of Xing Sui decoction on hind limbs movements and morphology of injured spinal cord tissues of rats with spinal cord injury. Methods 60 rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group and Xing Sui decoction group. Improved Alllen's WD method was applied to make the spinal cord injury models of the model and the Xing Sui decoction group. The blank group only had the vertebral lamina opened and the spinal cord was not injured. After successful modeling, the blank group and the model group were given normal saline by gavage, and the Xing Sui decoction group was given Xing Sui decoction by gavage. The rats in each group were given Tarlov evaluation, skew plate test and observation of morphology of the injured spinal cord tissues after 3h, 6h, 24h, 72h and 168h of operation respectively. Results The recovery of hind limbsfunction of Xing Sui decoction group was obviously superior to that of the model group, and the necrosis, liquefaction and dissolution of nerve cells of spinal cord tissues of Xing Sui decoction group was less serious than the model group. Conclusion Xing Sui decoction can effectively lessen the necrosis of spinal cord tissues of spinal cord injured rats, and is beneficial to the recovery of the rats' movement.
