摘要
以酸性依利尼尔蓝染料上染毛条为例,对远红外染色进行了研究,并且与常规染色工艺相比较。实验结果表明远红外线设备能够使高温型染料实现低温短时间染色,并且可以提高染料上染率,节约染料,减少环境污染,而且远红外染色后的织物的各项牢度都比常规染色后的牢度好,达到了服用要求。
Based on dyeing wool top with acid blu61 the far-infrared dyeing was investigated,simultaneously compared with the Conventional dyeing processes. It appeared that far-infrared dyeing can not only make a lot of dyes used at high temperature and in a long time run at low temperature and in a short time ,increase the up-take of dyes ,save the amount of dyes ,protect the environment, but also save the energy.
