摘要 随钻测量井下仪器的整流模块和驱动模块是随钻井下仪器必不可少的两个部分,其在地面的检测和调试对于提高随钻井下仪器的整体可靠性有着至关重要的作用。文章阐述了随钻测量井下仪器的整流模块和驱动模块检测装置的研制过程,其核心为基于STC12C5410AD单片机的控制系统,可以实现对井下供电和信号的全模拟。还着重阐述了检测装置的硬件和软件设计,并通过试验验证了检测装置能够很好地完成对整流模块和驱动模块进行检测的任务。 With the constantly development of drilling engineering technology in recent years,the research of the measurement while drilling downhole tool becomes a new popular field.Rectification module and the drive module are the most important parts of the measurement while drilling downhole tool,the entire reliability of tool is raised by their detecting and debugging in the ground.The development of detection equipment of the rectification and drive module for the measurement while drilling downhole tool is described,its heart is the control system of the chip microprocessor STC12C5410AD,and the power supply and signals can be entirely simulated.Hardware and software design of the detection equipment is emphasized in this paper,the rectification and drive module are well checked by the experiments.
