根据河南省林木生物能源林的发展现状,对发展林木生物能源林基地进行了效益分析,并提出了今后河南省发展林木生物质能源林基地的对策和建议。
According to development of biomass energy forestry in Henan,analysising the benefit of developing biomass energy forestry base,and making the countermeasures and suggestions of developing biomass energy forestry base in the future.
