含间隙轧机中心距调整机构运动副的接触位置分析

Contact Position Analysis of Mill′s Center Distance Adjustment Agency with Clearances

轧机中心距调整机构由曲柄滑块机构构成,由于加工误差、装配误差、磨损等原因,调整机构中各构件的连接部分存在间隙。当通过曲柄滑块机构对轧机中心距进行调整时,由于间隙的存在,当采用两种不同的调整方式时,各构件在间隙位置的接触位置不同,会出现不同的调整结果。通过理论分析以及虚拟样机仿真,对上述两种调整过程进行对比分析。

The mill＇s center distance adjustment agency is a slider-crank mechanism; the connection parts of the adjustment agency have clearances because of error processing or assembly error or abrasion. Due to the clearances, when the center distance is adjusted by the slider-crank mechanism,connection positions of the adjustment agency will be different. If it is used different adjustment methods, it has been different adjustment results. Through theoretical analysis and virtual prototyping simulation technology, this paper analyzes the adjustment process by analogy.
