摘要
针对某轧板厂立辊轧机辊颈四列圆锥滚子轴承保持架断裂事故,建立了轴承系统有限元模型;在轴承元件间重要接触位置采用接触单元建立了面—面接触对。仿真得到了保持架的变形和应力分布情况,找出了轴承保持架断裂的原因,并对今后此类轴承的设计提出了改进建议。
Aiming at solving the problem of the cage damage of a four lines tapered roller bearing of vertical miller, the finite dement mode of bearing system is built, and the contact pares are built between the important surface of bearing parts. The results indicate the cage is deformed and bearing pulsating stress. The cause of the accident is found and it is significative to the design of this type bearing.
