摘要
电塑性拉拔技术是近年来快速发展的一种新型的金属丝材加工技术。该技术是利用高密度脉冲电流在金属丝材塑性变形过程中产生的电塑性效应来促进丝材的变形、降低拔制力、提高丝材的成型极限、改善丝材的显微组织结构和其综合力学性能。系统地介绍了电塑性效应、电塑性拉拔工艺装置和电塑性处理技术在不锈钢丝以及高碳钢丝中的应用。
In recent years, electroplastic drawing process has been developed significantly to be a new technology for metal wires process. This technology induces electroplastic effect during high - energy electropulsing passing through the plastic deformation zone of metal wires. And this decreases drawing force, results in microstructure change and improves formability limit and mechanical properties of metal wires. Electroplastic effect, three typical electroplastic drawing equipments and applications of electroplastic drawing on the stainless steel wire processes and high carbon steel wire were introduced.
