Importance of Strengthening Community CCYL and Its Major Work

社区是城市的构成细胞,社区团建对促进城市社区建设、创新基层团建载体具有重要意义。2005年,上海团市委颁发了《关于进一步加强社区团的建设工作的意见》,提出了探索形成"覆盖有效、管理有序、服务有力、协调有方"的总体目标,为新形势下搞好社区共青团工作指明了方向。本文就加强社区团建的重要性、当前社区团建的几大重点工作作了简要论述,旨在提高人们对社区团建这一新领域的认识和感悟。

A community is the basic unit of a city. The construction of community CCYL is of great importance to accelerating urban construction and innovating the carrier of grass roots CCYL. In 2005, Shanghai League City Council issued ＇Views on further reinforce the construction of community CCYL＇ , stating a general goal of forming ＇efficient cover, ordered management, convincing service, methodical coordination＇ , which pointed out how to operate the work of community CCYL in the new situation. This paper gives a brief summary on the importance of the construction of community CCYL and several main tasks of it, aiming to enhance people＇ s awareness and understanding to community CCYL.
