摘要
苏通大桥主跨1088 m,是目前世界最大跨径的斜拉桥。其主塔墩采用131根直径28/2.5 m、长114 m的超大规模群桩基础。由于工程规模庞大,可供借鉴经验不多,加之桥位处于长江感潮河段,施工现场水文条件复杂,工程实施存在较大的风险和较多的技术难题。文中介绍的苏通大桥主塔墩基础在钻孔桩平台搭设、冲刷防护工程施工、钢吊箱整体沉放和承台大体积混凝土施工等方面的施工关键技术和成功经验,可为同类基础工程提供参考。
Sutong Bridge is the longest cable-stayed bridge in the world with main span of 1,088 m. It' s main pylon foundation adopt super-large group piles with 131 bored piles which are 114 m long and 2.8/2.5 m in diameter. Because of large scale, lack of experience and its position of tidal reach of Yangtze River where hydrology conditions are complicated, there are higher construction risk and many technical difficulties. Key construction technology and successful experience of drilling platform, scour protection, steel cofferdam and pile cap of main pylon foundation of sutong bridge were introduced in this paper, which can offer reference to similar foundation engineering.
