摘要
基于同步相量测量技术的电网实时动态监测系统能在线监测系统动态过程的全貌。山东电网广域实时动态监测系统(WAMS)使用国产"北斗一号"卫星导航系统为同步相量测量单元(PMU)提供备用授时信号,并采用可观性分析和同调性分析相结合的方法,对电网进行布点规划。电网广域实时动态监测系统主站为双机双网结构,采用Unix服务器,给出了拓扑结构图。对主站的基本功能(动态监视、在线低频振荡监视、扰动识别、与EMS互联、Web发布)及动态监测的可视化处理和特点进行了叙述。
The WAMS(Wide-Area real-time dynamic Monitoring System) based on synchronous phasor measurement technology can on- linely monitors the dynamic process of whole power system. Shandong Grid WAMS applies the time signal from "Beidou- 1" navigation satellite as the synchronization signal for its PMUs(Phasor Measurement Units) and combines the methods of observability analysis and coherency analysis to allocate them. Its main station adopts the configuration of redundant network and redundant Unix server. Its system topology is given and its basic functions (dynamic monitoring,on - line low frequency oscillation monitoring,disturbance identification, interconnection with EMS and Web publishing) , dynamic monitoring visualization and features are explained.
