摘要
论述了锰硅电炉无功补偿方式的优缺点,开发了锰硅电炉低压无功补偿集散控制系统。应用表明,低压无功补偿装置能够提高产品质量,达到节能降耗、增加产量和稳定炉况的目的。
It discusses the advantage and disadvantage of the reactive compensation mode of ferromanganese-silicon furnace. The low voltage reactive compensation collector-distributor control system in ferromanganese-silicon furnace is developed. The application shows that the equipment can improve product quality, increase production, save energy and reduce consumption, stabilize the condition of the silicomanganese furnace.
