海港大跨度拱桁式钢引桥制造的关键技术及质量控制

摘要 大跨度拱桁式钢引桥是外海开敞式深水码头栈桥常用的上部结构型式。以某原油码头改扩建工程的78 m跨径钢引桥为例,介绍此类大跨度钢引桥制造的结构分解、单元杆件制造、节段组拼、成桥拼装、焊缝检测、防腐处理等关键工艺,以及钢引桥制造过程中的质量控制措施。通过科学的施工方法和质量控制,只用了半年时间就完成10榀钢引桥的制造,且产品质量优良。 Large-span arch-truss steel access trestles are the common type of superstructures of access trestles for offshore deep-water terminals in the open sea. Taking a 78 m span arch truss steel access trestle for the expansion of a crude oil terminal as an example, the key technologies of structural decomposition, fabrication of unit elements, assembling of sections, assembling of whole trestle, testing of welds and corrosion protection measures as well as the quality control measures during the fabrication of the large span steel trestles are described. With these scientific construction procedures and quality control measures, ten steel trestles were fabricated and completed in just half a year with high quality.
