连接深圳—香港的深圳湾大桥非通航孔海上悬臂拼装连续箱梁工程其0号段、合龙段全部节段均在梁场预制;竖曲线半径14 116 m,平曲线半径4 000 m;纵向预应力孔道全部真空压浆。文章介绍节段预制、运输,墩旁支架、边跨支架,0号块吊装、对位等实施方案。经各工序工艺方案的实施,这一难度较大的海上桥梁工程得以按期保质地顺利完成。
The continuous box girders for the non-navigational spans of the Shenzhen Bay Bridge linking Shenzhen to Hong Kong were assembled by cantilevering at sea. All the sections of Span 0 and the Enclosure Span were prefabricated at the precasting yard. The radius of the vertical curve was 14 116 m and the radius of the horizontal curve was 4 000 m. All the ducts for longitudinal prestressing tendons were grouted with the vacuum pressure grouting technique. The paper describes the procedures for the prefabrication and transportation of sections of the beams, erection of supports near bridge piers, erection of supports for side spans, hoisting and assembly of Span 0 and positioning. With the implementation of the various technological processes, the difficult offshore bridge was smoothly completed in the specified time and with high quality.
