摘要
在疏浚过程中泥泵内产生的气体大大降低了泥泵的效率。文章分析了泥泵内的气体是怎样产生的;而气体又是如何使工作效率降低的;怎样将泥泵内的气体排除。并详细介绍了"万倾沙"泥泵系统的组成及工作原理。结果表明:泥泵除气系统在理论上和实际使用中都能够提高疏浚效率。
Air in dredge pumps will greatly reduce the efficiency of the pumps during dredging operations. The paper analyzes how the air is formed in dredge pumps, how the air affects the working efficiency of dredge pumps, and how the air can be removed from the pumps. The paper also describes in detail the composition and working mechanism of dredge pumping system on Trailing Suction Hopper Dredger, Wanqingsha. The results show that the de-aerating system can enhance the dredging efficiency both theoretically and in actual practice.
