摘要
高校教师教学评估是高校新一轮教学改革的重要保障,不合理的评估会挫伤师生教学积极性。传统的教师教学评估的目的主要有区分教师教学水平、沟通师生教学信息,都不是首要的目的。贯彻科学的发展观,以人为本,构建和谐高校,要以发展教师素质为教师教学评估的根本目的,这就必须实行多元教学评估。教师教学多元评估创新模式的评估主体是多元化,包括被评估教师本身。领导与督导、同行教师、社会人士和学生,评估主体之间有不同的互动关系。多元评估评估因素的创新在于因素多样化,因素之间既相互独立,又相互联系。多元评估指标要全面化、可操作化。多元评估方式有多种,不同评估主体有不同评估方式。多元评估要有一系列配套政策和措施,要加强高校教师教学评估的管理,转变评估主客体的评估观念,构建行业内外评估合作关系,改革高校学生学习考核制度。
The Teaching Assessment on the universtity teachers is the important guarantee of the new round of reforms in education, the unreasonable assessment will dampen the teaching enthusiasm of teachers and students. The purposes of the traditional teaching assessment is mainly to distinguish the teachers' teaching levels, link up the teaching information between teachers and students, all of these are not the principal aim. Carry out the scientific development view, people first ,construct the harmonious university, Should regard teachers'quality of development as the basic goal of The Teaching Assessment ,so we must build up The Plural Teaching Assessment mode. This is an innovative mode of Teaching Assement. It takes pluralism as assessmental subject,including assessed teachers. Leader and suporviser, teacher, socialmen and student, there are different interdynamic relations among the assessmental subjects. In this Plural Teaching Assessment mode, the innovation of the assessmental factors lies in factors are diversified, which are not only separated but also connected. The Plural Teaching Assessment index should be general as well as operated. The way of establishing The Plural Teaching Assessment mode has many kinds ,it depends on the variational subjects. A series of supporting policies and measures is nec- essary,such as strengthenning the management on the teaching assessment of university teachers,changing the assessment idea of the subjects ,constructing the assessmeantal cooperation betweent inside and outside of the trade ,reforming a system for the study and evaluation of work.
