摘要
[目的]对啤酒花总黄酮进行提取和含量测定。[方法]采用超声波技术辅助乙醇回流法提取啤酒花总黄酮,用分光光度法进行了含量测定。[结果]啤酒花总黄酮的含量为42.8 mg/g,平均回收率为99.5%,RSD=2.4%(n=6),与传统法相比,提取率增长了16.3%。[结论]首次运用超声波技术从啤酒花中提取出总黄酮,提取纯度较高,方法简单、易操作,无任何污染,是提取啤酒花中黄酮类物质的有效、便捷的方法。
[Objective]The total flavanone of Humunus Lupulus L.was extracted and determined in the experiment.[Methods] Total flavanone of Humunus Lupulus L.was extracted with ultrasonic wave technique.Its content was determined with spectrophotometry.[Results] The total flavanone content of Humunus Lupulus L.was 42.8mg/g,recovery rate was 99.5 % and RSD was 2.4%(n=6).Compared with the orthodox method,more than 16.3% of extraction rate was produced.[Conclusion]Total flavanone of Humunus Lupulus L.was extracted with ultrasonic wave technique for the first time,and the method was simple,convenient and no pollution.It can be used for the extraction of the total flavanone of Humunus Lupulus L.
