Study on the Determination Method of the Trace Elements in Two Kinds of Rholidal in Qinghai with Atomic Spectrometry with High Pressure Reactor of Digestion

摘要 用微型高压反应器消化处理样品,火焰原子吸收法测定青海产大花红景天和狭叶红景天所含Cu、Pb、Mg、Cd、Fe、Ni、Zn 7种微量元素含量,结果回收率在96.4%-103.7%,相对标准偏差均小于2.00%。此消化方法方便迅速,结果精密度好,重现性好,准确度高,适于少量样品测定。测定结果为这两个品种红景天的进一步药理研究及开发利用提供了有用的数据。 Samples were digested by high pressure reactor,and Cu,Pb,Mg,Cd,Fe,Ni and Zn in R.crenulata H.Ohba and R.kirilowii Maxim.var.kirilowii in Qinghai were determined with AAs.The recovery was from 96.4% to 103.7%,and RSD was less than 2.00%.This determination method was simple and rapid with some advantages such as high sensitivity,good accuracy and reproducible.It was suitable for the determination of a small number of samples.The result offered a scientific basis for study on the medicine principle,development and utilization of these two kinds of Rholidal.
