不同施氮量对甘蓝型黄籽杂交油菜品质性状与植株性状相关性的影响 被引量:18

Effect of Correlativity between Quality Character and Plant Character of Yellow-seeded Hybrid Rapeseed Brassica Napus under Different N application Rates

摘要 [目的]研究不同施氮量下优质甘蓝型黄籽杂交油菜品质性状与植株性状相关性。[方法]以油研9号1、0号为试材,采用2因素随机区组试验设计,施纯氮量设6种处理(07、51、502、253、003、75 kg/hm2),油菜收获时考查与分析样品的经济性状和品质性状。[结果]除角粒数、千粒重2个经济性状外,杂交油菜的含油率、硫甙、饼粕蛋白质、亚油酸与株高、根颈粗、有效分枝部位高、单株一次和二次有效分枝数、单株有效角果数、单株产量和干物重呈负相关,与主序长呈正相关;芥酸、种子蛋白质、油酸、亚麻酸、花生烯酸则与上述经济性状呈正相关,与主序长呈负相关;不同的品种、不同性状间相关的显著性有不同。[结论]氮肥在对杂交油菜品质性状产生影响的同时也对植株性状产生影响。 [Objective] The aim was to study the correlativity between quality character and plant character of yellow-seeded hybrid Brassica napus under different nitrogen application rates.[Method] In the field test with two-factor random block design,with Youyan No.9 & No.10 as test material,6 treatments of applying pure nitrogen at 0,75,150,225,300,375 kg/hm^2 were set up,and the economic traits and quality characters of samples were examined and analyzed when the rape was harvested.[Result] Except 2 economic characters of pod number and kernel weight,the oil content,glucosinolate,meal protein,linoleic acid of hybrid rapeseed had the negative correlations with plant height,thickness of root crown,height of effective branch part,effective branchs of primary branches and secondary branches per plant,effective pods per plant,yield per plant,dry weight per plant and that showed a positive correlation with the length of main inflorescence.The erucic acid,seed protein,oleic acid,linolenic acid,arachidonic acid had the positive correlations with that above mentioned economic characters and that showed a negative correlation with the length of main inflorescence.There were some difference in significance of correlation among various varieties and different characters.[Conclusion] Nitrogen fertilizer would produce influence on plant character in meanwhile of producing affection on quality character of hybrid rape.
