摘要 依据补充耕地的数量及质量按等级折算的要求,对河北省农用地分等的中间成果进行整理建库,运用VISUAL BASIC语言以MAPGIS为平台进行二次开发,得到河北省补充耕地数量及质量按等级折算信息系统。主要介绍该信息系统的设计路线,功能的实现和数据库的建立。实践证明,该信息系统较好地融和了耕地占补平衡思想,有效降低了占补折算的难度,实现了耕地占补工作的自动化。 According to the replenishing of cultivated land with quantity mass note grade conversion,the achievement classifying the farm-oriented to Hebei Province was built as a warehouse.The Visual Basic was used to carry out repeated exploitation on MAPGIS and the replenishing cultivated land with quantity mass note grade conversion information system in Hebei Province was set up.In this article the design route,the function realization and the database establishment of this information system were mainly introduced.The practice proved that,this information system better mixed cultivated land requisition-compensation balance thought,effective reduced the difficulty in the conversion and realized the automation treatment of farmland compensation.
