摘要 [目的]提高金银忍冬种子的发芽率。[方法]设置高温15-25℃、中温5-15℃、低温1-5℃3种温度,对金银忍冬种子采用2段或3段变温处理进行催芽。[结果]金银忍冬种子在两段变温处理中,高温—中温处理的种子最早发芽,发芽势最强,发芽率最高,开始发芽时间是第16天,发芽势25%,发芽率83%;在3段变温处理中,高温—中温—高温处理的种子最早发芽,发芽势最强,发芽率最高,开始发芽时间是第13天,发芽势39%,发芽率86%。变温处理缩短了金银忍冬种子的催芽时间,提高了种子发芽率。[结论]生产中应适当考虑采用高温—中温和高温—中温—高温2种变温处理对金银忍冬种子进行催芽。 [ Objective ] The research aimed to enhance the germination rate of Lonicera maockii seeds. [ Method] Three temperatures at 15 - 25 ℃ (high temperature), 5 - 15 ℃ (moderate temperature) and 1 - 5 ℃ (low temperature) were set up and the 2-stage and 3-stage changing temperatures were used in the bud forcing treatments of L. maackii seeds. [Result] Under 2-stage changing temperature, L. maackii seeds germinated earliest in the treatment of high-moderate tempemture, with strongest germination potential and highest germination rate, and he germination started on the 16th day, with germination potential of 25% and germination rate of 83%. Under 3-stage changing temperature, L. maockii seeds gemainatod earliest in the treatment of high- modemte-high temperature, with strongest germination potential and highest germination rate, and the germination started on the 13th day, with germination potential of 39% and germination rate of 86%. The treatment of changing temperature shortened the bud forcing time of L. maackii seeds and enhancod germination rate. [ Conclusion] In production, 2 treatments of changing temperature, i.e. high-modemte and high-moderate-high temperatures should be properly should be used for the bud forcing of L. maockii seeds.
