摘要
[目的]寻求防风挥发油的最佳提取工艺,研究其抗氧化活性。[方法]采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取防风的挥发油,通过单因素试验和L9(34)正交实验,研究浸泡时间、加水量、提取时间对防风挥发油提取得率的影响以及提取防风挥发油的最佳工艺。[结果]在防风挥发油的提取过程中,浸泡时间是影响防风挥发油提取率的最主要因素,其次是提取时间,最后是加水量。正交实验表明,防风挥发油的最佳提取工艺为:提取时间8 h、浸泡时间2 h、加水量700 ml,在此工艺条件下,防风挥发油的平均提取率为0.25%。用DPPH法对挥发油自由基进行清除率测定,获得清除率为45%。[结论]防风挥发油具有一定的自由基清除能力。
[Objective] The study aimed to seek for the optimum technology for extracting the volatile oil from Divaricate Saposhniovia root and study its antioxidant activity. [Method] The volatile oil from D. Saposhniovia root was extracted by steam distillation and the effect of the soaking time, and adding water amount and extracting time on the extraction yield of volatile oil from D. Saposhniovia root and the optimum extracting technology were studied through single factor experiment and L9(3^4) orthogonal test. [Result] During the extracting the volatile oil from D. Saposhniovia root, the soaking time was most main factor to affect yield of volatile oil from D. Saposhniovia root, the extraction time was secondary and the adding water amount was lastly. The orthogonal test showed that optimum technology for extracting the volatile oil from D. Saposhniovia root was as follows: extraction time of 8 h, soaking time of 2 h, and adding water amount of 700 ml, under which, the average yield of the volatile oil from D. Saposhniovia root was 0.25%. After DPPH method was use to determine the scavenging rate for the free radical of volatile oil, the clearance rate was 45 %. [ Conclusion ] The volatile oil from D. Saposhniovia root had some ability of scavenging free radical.
