摘要
[目的]探讨混合盐碱胁迫条件对枸杞种子萌发的影响。[方法]用12.5-100.0 mmol/L含有不同比例的NaCl、Na2SO4、NaHCO3和Na2CO34种盐成分的30种混合盐对枸杞种子进行盐碱混合胁迫处理,测定枸杞种子对盐碱胁迫的反应情况。[结果]枸杞种子相对萌发率、幼苗的干重与鲜重及根长与芽长随盐浓度增大以及碱性盐比例增高而下降。碱性盐所造成的高pH值所致的的胁变效应与盐浓度关系极大,浓度低时pH作用较小,随浓度增大pH作用加剧。用混合盐处理过的枸杞种子,解除胁迫后可以明显提高种子的萌发率,增加幼苗的干重与鲜重及根与芽的长度。[结论]生产栽培实践中用低浓度盐或低碱性溶液预先浸种,完全有可能提高枸杞种子的萌发率和成活率。
[Objective] The purpose of this study was to discuss the effect of the mixture salt-alkali stress condition on the seed germination of Lycium barbarum L. [Method] Seeds of L. barbarum were subjected to mixture salt-alkali stress treatments with 30 kinds of mixture salt (12.5 to 100.0 mmol/L) composed of 4 salt components of NaCl, Na2SO4, NaHCO3, and Na2CO3 with various proportions and the reaction of of L. barbarum seeds to mixtore salt-alkali stress was determined. [ Result] The relative germination rate,diy weight and fresh weight of seedlings and the root length and shoot length were declined along with the increment of the salinity and the rise of the basic salt proportion. The responded strain from high pH caused by basic salt was closely related to salinity. The action of high pH was weaker when the salinity was lower and became progressively stronger when the salinity was increasing. After the stress being removed,the rate of germination,the dry and fresh weight of seedlings and the length of roots and shoots of L. barbarum seeds treated by mixture salt stress were obviously increased. [Conclusion] In the production practice,using low density salt or low alkaline to treat L. barbarum seeds in advance could increase completely the germination rate and survival rate of the seeds.
