摘要
[目的]探讨扶芳藤内生真菌的抑菌作用。[方法]对从扶芳藤植株中分离的内生真菌HX003进行液体培养,采用生长速率法测定获得发酵液和菌丝体的丙酮粗提物对小麦赤霉病病菌、苹果炭疽病病菌、油菜菌核病病菌、苹果轮纹病病菌、橘子胶孢炭疽病病菌的抑菌活性。[结果]将发酵液浓缩至1/10时,其对几种病原真菌的抑制率均在30%以下,对苹果轮纹病病菌的抑制率最低,而对小麦赤霉病病菌的抑制率相对较高,达27.9%。获得菌丝体的丙酮提取液对5种供试病原真菌的抑制作用较为明显,相对抑制率液体培养3 d后均达60%以上。[结论]扶芳藤内生真菌HX003的发酵液及菌丝体粗提物中具体抑菌物质有待深入研究。
[ Objective] The research aimed to discuss the antifuogal effect of the entophytie fungus HX003 in Euonymus fortunei. [ Method] Liquid eultare was made on the entophytie fungus HX003 separated from Euonymus fortunei plants. The antifimgal activities of the obtained acetone extract of fermentation liquid and the myeelial against Fusarium graminerum, Glomerella eingulata, Selerotinia selerotiomm, Physalospom piricola and Colletotrichum glcesporioides were determined by using the growth rate method. [Result] When the fermentation liquid was concentrated by 1/10, its inhibition rote to several kinds of pathogenic fungi were all below 30%. Its inhibition rate to P. piricola was lowest and that to F. graminerum was relatively higher (reaching 27.9% ). The inhibitions of the obtained acetone extract of mycelial to 5 kinds of tested pathogenic fung were more obvious and the relative inhibition rate all reached more than 60% after liquid culture for 3 d. [Conclusion] The concrete antifungal substance in the acetone extract of fermentation liquid .and the mycelial of the entophytie fimgus HX003 in E. fortunei needs further research.
