Research on the Application of Unified Annual Production Value in Land Expropriation Compensation

应用因素修正法测算宜丰县统一年产值,并制定了宜丰县征地新补偿标准,比较了新补偿标准与原有标准的异同,指出了新补偿标准测算法的优势特征。

Using factor revision method to calculate the unified annual production value of Yifeng county, the new standard of YiFengs land expropriation compensation was established. The differences between new and original land expropriation compensation standard were compared and the predominance characteristic of the new method for treasuring and calculating compensation standard was pointed out.
