欠发达地区农村人力资本对农村经济增长贡献的实证分析——以江苏淮安为例

Demonstration of Rural Manpower Capital to Rural Economic Growth in Low Developed Area

运用修正的Cobb-Douglas生产函数有效劳动模型,对江苏省欠发达地区——淮安市1990-2003年农村经济增长中人力资本的贡献进行实证分析。实证分析结果表明,1990-2003年人力资本对淮安市农村经济增长具有显著的正向作用,但是由于农村人力资本存量增长缓慢,对农村产出的贡献率较低。最后,就如何提高欠发达地区农村人力资本存量,推动欠发达地区农村经济持续和跨越发展提出一些建议。

Using Cobb-Douglas production function of revision effective work model, the example about the contribution of reanpower capital of the rural economic growth of 1991 - 2003 of Huaian city in Jiangsu province was analyzed.The example showed that manpower capital had the prominent effect on the rural economic growth of Huaian in 1991 - 2003, but the contribution rate was still relatively low. Finally, some suggestions were proposed to improve the capital stock of rural reanpower in low developed area, and promote rural economy with sustainable and great-leap-forward development.
