摘要
新农村建设离不开金融的支持,事实证明农村现有的金融体制不可能为新农村建设提供有力的支持,因此必须对农村金融体制进行改革,而这种改革不应该是某个方面的改革,而必须是系统的改革。
The construction of new county is supported by economy. It is proved that financial system of present cannot support the construction of new county at all. Therefore,the financial system reform for county is necessary,which is not only on several aspects but for all the system.
