物流信息采集技术在食品供应链中的价值增值研究 被引量:2

摘要 在食品供应链中应用条码技术、RFID技术等物流信息采集技术,能够动态地检测食品的质量状况,通过共享这些信息,能够实现动态定价,从而为食品供应链带来增值。文章从判断物流信息采集技术能否带来增值出发,分析带来增值的条件,从而确定在一定条件下的最佳定价。
